Rehabilitation plan for schools in Marseilles: a multi-criteria methodology developed by the CSTB

A research mission for the development of a methodology for efficient, comprehensive rehabilitation of Marseilles schools was proposed by the CSTB and validated by the city of Marseilles and the French state.

Its purpose is to study four school typologies representing the majority of schools in the Marseilles building stock, and even the national building stock.

Based on a multi-criteria diagnosis using a sample of schools representing these typologies, the objective is to offer comprehensive rehabilitation strategies making it possible to act on all the criteria relevant to the type of establishment.
